Owner / Business Consultant
Paul Kankowski owner of House Match Property Management, Systems Conference & PM Solutions Pro. He is a coach and an expert in creating a system for the business.
Paul started investing in homes in the United States. In 2014 he became a broker and started House Match.
This year, Paul was a featured speaker at the National Association of Residential Property Managers (NARPM) Conference in San Diego which was attended by over 500 property managers.
He started the Systems Conference in 2019. Ever since he has led the Systems Conference, working with property managers from around the country on creating better systems for their business. He is on numerous National committees with NARPM to promote and make the industry better.
CEO / Director of Process Building
David Flores is the CEO of PM Solutions Pro and Director of the Process Building Department.
He started his Property Management career in House Match as an operations Supervisor, where he planned and coordinated the company’s operations.
He is a processes and procedures enthusiast, and now he helps other companies develop efficient & effective business processes.
Director of Marketing & Design / Director of Placement Service
Michelle started out in House Match Property Management as head of Marketing and Design. She has a Bachelors’s Degree in Design and is part of our marketing team. She is the Director of placement services.
She also creates creative content for our social media and marketing strategies.
In her free time, she loves going mountain biking, painting, and walking her dog.
Hugo started out in House Match Property Management in customer service.
Hugo grew up in So-Cal and has worked in customer service for most of his career, and enjoys helping customers to the fullest extent.
In his free time, he enjoys cooking, making cocktails, the outdoors, and being active. Although Hugo has never run a 100-mile marathon, he once ran a full half a block to catch up to the ice-cream truck.
